In the interest of making long-term branch maintenance incur as little
technical debt on us as possible, we should not maintain any files on
the branch we are not actually using.
This has the added effect of making it extremely clear when merging CLs
from the main branch when changes have the possibility to affect us.
The follow-on CL adds a convenience script to actually pull updates from
the main branch and generate a CL for the update.

run_test is called by the "runtest" console command. Console commands
can take arguments, so pass along the arguments to run_test to allow
parameters to be passed to run_test.
The following command was used for automatic replacement:
git grep --name-only 'void run_test(void)' |\
xargs sed -i 's#void run_test(void)#void run_test(int argc, char **argv)##'

This test was failing and it is easier to comment out tests that
are passing to debug. I needed to add a precondition so each test
would pass on its own. I also needed to remove the static modifier
to allow each test to be comment out.

When ALS is enabled, if light is around one threshold (say 40 lux),
the lightbar will flicker between readings.
Add a histeresis to prevent the flickering.
The current setting is:
setting ^
(dim) 2 | ------+---->---+
1 | +----<---+--->---+
(bright) 0 | +---<---+---------
+-------+--------+-------+--------> lux
20 40 60

BUG=chrome-os-partner:44400
TEST=check in a dark room (30~40 lux) there is no flickering.
Add unit test.

PULSE and TEST sequences are not used anywhere. Remove them to save
flash space. Also, fix msleep(MSEC) calls in the unit test; it's
essentially usleep(SECOND) written in an incorrect way.

This CL ensures that temporary "one-shot" sequences such as KONAMI, TEST,
TAP, etc. will revert to the previous "normal" sequences even when
interrupted by other one-shot sequences.
This also adds a test for those cases.
