This adds golden wake count for each task and check at the end of the
test. The golden wake count is calculated with the seeds and the pseudo
random number generator.

We have three copies of the same pseudo random number generator in our
test codes. Let's consolidate them into a single copy in test_util.

This make minor syntactic changes and renames some camel-cased symbols
to keep checkpatch from complaining. The goal is to reduce the
temptation to use 'repo upload --no-verify'.
This is a big furball of find/replace, but no functional changes.

This is the first version of pthread-based RTOS emulator. With this, we
will be able to test high-level modules entirely on the host machine.
