Avoid crash inside CFCharacterSetIsLongCharacterMember
* src/macfont.m (macfont_supports_charset_and_languages_p)
(macfont_has_char): Don't pass integers outside the Unicode codespace to
CFCharacterSetIsLongCharacterMember.
