nnimap.el: support additional expunge options
* lisp/gnus/nnimap.el (nnimap-close-group)
(nnimap-request-expire-articles, nnimap-delete-article)
(nnimap-request-scan): add new 'never, 'immediate, and 'on-exit
settings for nnimap-expunge (bug#20670).
