(f90-font-lock-n): New function.
(f90-font-lock-1, f90-font-lock-2, f90-font-lock-3, f90-font-lock-4): Use f90-font-lock-n. (f90-mode-abbrev-table): Use newer form of define-abbrev, where supported. No need to bind abbrevs-changed for system abbrevs. (f90-indent-region, f90-indent-subprogram, f90-match-end): Use cadr.
