Remove several gnus-util compat functions
* lisp/gnus/gnus-util.el (gnus-set-process-query-on-exit-flag): Remove. (gnus-read-shell-command): Remove. (gnus-match-substitute-replacement): Remove. (gnus-string-match-p): Remove. (gnus-string-prefix-p): Remove.
