Don't let Gtk+ linewrap tooltips.
* gtkutil.c (xg_prepare_tooltip): Fix indentation and comment.
Put text in x->ttip_lbl instead of gtk_tooltip_set_text.
(xg_hide_tooltip): Fix comment.
