make sure to distclean libdb

* Makefile.am: make sure to distclean libdb
* autogen.sh: require automake 1.6
* marshal.mk: make sure we use the srcdir as the location of the
list file
* libdb/dist/Makefile.in: add installcheck target that does
nothing, don't remove tags
* src/Makefile.am: add extra libical includes for srcdir !=
builddir
