Before this change, both test-book-meta-backend and test-cal-meta-backend
failed when there was no evolution-source-registry running. This change
fixes it and makes sure correct source registry is used, like the one
from the build directory, not the system one.

There is no '.libs' in the build directory since the move to CMake,
but some tests still referenced it.

Let's have it as it's common to be, which means top level src/ for
sources, single data/ for data, and so on.

Couple related changes:
a) no need to wait for a connected state in tests, it only makes thing slower
b) have larger interval for finalize wait
c) avoid memory leak (and test failure) in test-book-client-view-operations
d) update ko_KR alphabet in test-book-client-cursor-operations
e) skip test-book-client-cursor-operations from 'make check', due it being too slow

Since this change the client is responsible to provide credentials
to use to authenticate backends (through ESource-s, to be more precise),
unless the credentials are already saved.

I also added license information to source files where it was
missing and changed the way the license block is organized. All
the sources' license information comments follow the same pattern:
/* [ Optional short file description ]
*
* [ Optional copyright notices]
*
* License information block
*
* [ Optional 'Authors:' section ]
*/
The LGPL is references consistently now; source files with main()
function, like tests or D-Bus services, use 'program' in the license
information block, while the other sources use 'library' word.

This commit adds the usage of EDS_INSTALLED_TESTS and a few lines
to all the test directories which can run installed.

Last related commit did not fix the problem correctly, now care
is taken to ensure there are no races while checking for client
and registry finalization, as the clients tend not only to finalize
asynchronously, but choose to do so in a different thread in which
they were created.

Previously we would get sporadic errors from tests when clients
do not finalize synchronously in response to g_object_unref().
However this syncrhonous finalization is not really mandated by
the API, so instead we give them a grace period to finalize and
error out if they fail to finalize eventually.

This causes races, when changing the locale, the previous/complete
test (which is not shut down properly) is getting I/O errors because
the cache-reaper comes to screw up the day.

If the libical is installed in a different prefix than the one shared
by other CFLAGS, then the test compilation breaks due to failed search
for the <libical/ical.h> include file.

If committing the new scratch source ends with an error that
the addressbook/calendar already exists, then just use the existing
source instead of bailing out.
This is needed for tests which reuse the addressbook from a previous test.

Added clean-local hook to properly cleanup
the testing cache directory, this causes
distcheck to finaly pass !

Now the fixture also asserts that any client/registry created by
the fixture is properly finalized after the final g_object_unref()
while tearing down the fixture.
The checks are performed by added g_object_weak_ref() callbacks.

This commit avoids initializing GTK+ in a 'make check' environment,
as well as avoiding printing of any non-critical messages from
the services running in a 'make check' environment.

a.) Setup EDS_REGISTRY_MODULES to use the local cache-reaper module
b.) Setup EDS_CAMEL_PROVIDER_DIR to use the local provider
c.) Added "source_name" and use separate ESource uids between tests,
each test in the suite uses a separate ESource name
Note that 'c' is a stop-gap solution to the problem of not being able to
properly shut-down the whole test D-Bus environment between tests, it should
be removed once we can address that problem.

a later patch will ensure all tests check both Direct/Normal read access
modes.

This allows us to run tests individually using the installed services,
this makes it easier to trace the server process response to test
cases using instrumentation tools such as gdb and valgrind.

As we don't copy all GVFS' D-Bus services and plugins the local
this is the only available VFS anyway. So let's avoid warnings
about missing GVFS backends.

Since e_source_registry_commit_source_sync() does not delay execution
until the source is actually added, use the "source-added" signal instead
to wait for the source to actually be added.
Also, created loops in the fixture test and run more iterations
(should help to catch problems with the fixture early, in case
there are still races).
