Implement support to RTMP, RTMPT, RTMPE, RTMPTE, RTMPS protocols via
librtmp. Patch by Howard Chu <hyc * highlandsun * com>. Originally committed as revision 22710 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
