The .text section is already 16-byte aligned by default on all supported
platforms so `SECTION_TEXT` isn't any different from `SECTION .text`.

For test images manually generated to contain only up prediction,
timing results:
8380x3032 255x185
before: 138635 1992
after: 139232 1996
Actually jumping to the proper version depending on the alignment:
8380x3032: 138767
A 0.5% speed improvement for gigantic images is not worth the code
duplication.

This is more consistent with the way we handle C #includes and
it simplifies the build system.

This is necessary to allow refactoring some x86util macros with cpuflags.

The a.out object format does not allow aligning sections.
On OS/2 LD aligns sections to 16 bytes.

This fixes playback of e.g. RGB48 (bpp=6) content on x86 CPUs. Fixes
bug 214.
