Subject: Move FT_Get_FSType_Flags to a separate file. Problem reported by
 Mickey Gabel <mickey@monfort.co.il>.

* src/base/ftobjs.c (FT_Get_FSType_Flags): Move to...
* src/base/ftfstype.c: This new file.

* modules.cfg (BASE_EXTENSION): Add ftfstype.c.

* docs/INSTALL.ANY: Updated.

* builds/mac/*.txt, builds/amiga/*makefile*,
builds/win32/{visualc,visualce}/freetype.*, builds/symbian/*:
Updated.
