PR 80929
* config/avr/avr.c (avr_mul_highpart_cost): New static function.
(avr_rtx_costs_1) [TRUNCATE]: Use it to compute mul_highpart cost.
[LSHIFTRT, outer_code = TRUNCATE]: Same.
