* configure.ac: Run unconditionally GLIBCXX_CHECK_INT64_T and
GLIBCXX_CHECK_C99_TR1; remove sigsetjmp and mmap checks (unused).
* crossconfig.m4: Adjust; remove HAVE_GETPAGESIZE defines (unused).
* configure: Regenerate.
* config.h.in: Likewise.
* acinclude.m4: Minor formatting fixes.
