* c.opt: Document Uncodumented; use it. Document ObjC options.
* opts.c (print_filtered_help): Skip undocumented switches.
* opts.h (CL_UNDOCUMENTED): New.
* opts.sh: Handle Undocumented.
* toplev.c (documented_lang_options): Prevent its becoming empty.
