configure.in (noconfigdirs): Match like cris-*-*.
* configure.in (noconfigdirs) <crisv32-*-*>: Match like cris-*-*.
<crisv32-*-*, cris-*-*>: Only disable target-newlib and
target-libgloss when not *-*-elf and *-*-aout.
* configure: Regenerate.
