	a string literal, create a temporary for it, constant folding only

	(Scan): Call Accumulate_Token_Checksum after each identifier, reserved
	word or literal number.
	(Scan.Nlit.Scan_Integer): Do not accumulate internal '_' in litteral
	numbers.
