Ignored_Ghost_Units_Initial and Ignored_Ghost_Units_Increment.

(Allocate_Initialize_Node): Mark a node as ignored Ghost
if it is created in an ignored Ghost region.
(Ekind_In): New variant.
(Is_Ignored_Ghost_Node): New routine.
(Set_Is_Ignored_Ghost_Node): New routine.
* atree.adb Aplhabetize several subprograms declarations. Flag
Spare0 is now known as Is_Ignored_Ghost_Node.
