* bitmap.h (BITMAP_WORD): New typedef: fundamental storage
type for bitmaps. Use unsigned long.
(nBITMAP_WORD_BITS): New macro.
(BITMAP_WORD_BITS): New macro.
(rest of file): Use it.
* bitmap.c: Use it.
