* cfg.c (delete_insn): Rename from ....; use remove_insn; do not
remove some labels.
(flow_delete_insn): This one.
(delete_insn_chain): Rename from ...; do not care labels.

(flow_delete_block): Remove the insns one BB has been expunged.
