arc: Improve code gen for 64bit add/sub operations.
Early expand ADDDI3 and SUBDI3 for better code gen.

* config/arc/arc.md (adddi3): Early expand the 64bit operation into
32bit ops.
(subdi3): Likewise.
(adddi3_i): Remove pattern.
