Remove -Di386 -Acpu(i386) -Amachine(i386) from CPP_PREDEFINES.
* i386/osf1elf.h, i386/scodbx.h, i386/seq-sysv3.h, i386/sysv5.h:
Add %(cpp_cpu) to CPP_SPEC.
* i386/osf1elf.h, i386/osfelf.h, i386/osfrose.h:
Add %(cc1_cpu) to CC1_SPEC.
