* cpplib.c (cpp_file_line_for_message): Delete unused parameter.
All callers changed.
(do_sccs): Wrap in an SCCS_DIRECTIVE ifdef.
* fix-header.c (cpp_file_line_for_message): Delete unused paramter.
All callers changed.
