* gimple-fold.c (static_object_in_other_unit_p): Rename to...
(can_refer_decl_in_current_unit_p): ... this one; reverse return value; handle comdats too. (canonicalize_constructor_val): Use it; handle function_decls correctly. (gimple_fold_obj_type_ref_known_binfo): Likewise. * gimple.c (get_base_address): Accept all kinds of decls. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/trunk@164961 138bc75d-0d04-0410-961f-82ee72b054a4
