* gthr.h: Support systems that don't have weak, but have threads.
* configure.in (*wrs-vxworks*): Use VxWorks threads by default.
* gthr-vxworks.h: New file.
* objc/thr-vxworks.h: Dummy file from thr-single.c for now.
