* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_WCHAR_T_SUPPOR): Set LIBS back to
initial value.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* include/bits/c++config (__GLIBCPP__): Set release version for 2.91.
