protoize.c: Include gansidecl.h.
* protoize.c: Include gansidecl.h.
(my_execvp): Delete.
(choose_temp_base,pexecute,pwait): Declare.
(PEXECUTE_{FIRST,LAST,SEARCH}): Define.
(execvp): Delete decl.
(usage): Fix typo.
(gen_aux_info_file): Rewrite to use pexecute/pwait.
