* bitmap.h (EXECUTE_IF_SET_IN_BITMAP, EXECUTE_IF_AND_COMPL_IN_BITMAP,
EXECUTE_IF_AND_IN_BITMAP): Changed to iterator style. (bitmap_iterator): New type.
