Update TARGET_FUNCTION_INCOMING_ARG documentation
Middle-end can handle arbitrary address computation based on hard
register, which can be used to pass special arguments, returend from
TARGET_FUNCTION_INCOMING_ARG as long as backend can force it into a
register.
* target.def (function_incoming_arg): Update documentation to
allow arbitrary address computation based on hard register.
* doc/tm.texi: Regenerated.
