* Makefile.in (OBJS-common): Add tree-ssa-phiprop.o
(tree-ssa-phiprop.o): Copy dependencies from tree-ssa-forwprop.o.
* timevar.def (TV_TREE_PHIPROP): Add.
* tree-ssa-phiprop.c: Split from tree-ssa-forwprop.c, added
pass description. Use TV_TREE_PHIPROP.
* tree-ssa-forwprop.c: Remove phiprop code.
