	* libsupc++/eh_personality.cc (PERSONALITY_FUNCTION): Cope
	with forced unwinding.
	* libsupc++/eh_throw.cc (__cxxabiv1::__cxa_rethrow): Use
	_Unwind_Resume_or_Rethrow for ARM EABI.
