* var-tracking.c (compute_cfa_pointer): Adjust head comment.
(vt_initialize): Set PROLOGUE_BB unconditionally. Add block comment about CFA_BASE_RTX machinery. Reset FP_CFA_OFFSET to -1 on all invalid paths.
