* rtl.texi (MEM_ALIAS_SET): Document.
* flags.h (flag_strict_aliasing): Declare.

(f_options): Add -strict-aliasing.

* reload1.c (reload): Clear MEM_ALIAS_SET for new MEMs about which
we have no alias information.
