- Fix comment typos that I'd introducted.
- Fix spurious whitespace differences.
- Use const X & instead of X for *wide_int parameters.
- Fuse declarations and initialisers.
- Avoid unnecessary *wide_int temporaries (e.g. wide_int (x) == 0
-> wi::eq_p (x, 0)).
- Fix some long lines.
