Implement Darwin PowerPC ABI.
* configure.in: Handle powerpc-*-darwin*.
* Makefile.am: Set source files for POWERPC_DARWIN.
* configure: Rebuilt.
* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* include/ffi.h.in: Define FFI_DARWIN and FFI_DEFAULT_ABI for
POWERPC_DARWIN.
* src/powerpc/darwin.S: New file.
* src/powerpc/ffi_darwin.c: New file.
