* configure.in (funcs, AC_CHECK_FUNCS): Add snprintf and
vsnprintf.
* snprintf.c, vsnprintf.c: New files.
* Makefile.in (CFILES): Add snprintf.c and vsnprintf.c.
(CONFIGURED_OFILES): Add snprintf.o and vsnprintf.o.
Regenerate dependencies.
* functions.texi, configure, config.in: Regenerated.
