jvm.h (_Jv_AllocRawObj): New prototype.
* include/jvm.h (_Jv_AllocRawObj): New prototype.
* boehm.cc (_Jv_AllocRawObj): Implement.
* nogc.cc (_Jv_AllocRawObj): Likewise.
* exception.cc (_Jv_Throw): Use _Jv_AllocRawObj, not GC_malloc.
