        * gcc/melt/warm-basilys.bysl: some primitives got explicit casts.

        * gcc/basilys.h: added casts to avoid implicit conversion from void*
        disallowed with C++

        * gcc/basilys.c: (delete_special, forwarded, scanning) likewise.
