* configure.in (toolexecdir, toolexecmainlibdir, toolexeclibdir):
Set and AC_SUBST. Remove USE_LIBDIR conditional.
* Makefile.am (toolexecdir, toolexeclibdir): Don't override.
(toolexecmainlib_DATA): Renamed from toolexeclib_DATA.
* Makefile.in, configure: Rebuilt.
