* tree.h (BLOCK_SAME_RANGE): Define.
* function.c (block_fragments_nreverse): Clear BLOCK_SAME_RANGE
if BLOCK_FRAGMENT_CHAIN is non-NULL, but has it cleared.
Also clear BLOCK_SAME_RANGE if fragment chain's supercontext fragment
isn't equal to supercontext fragment's fragment chain.
Adjust BLOCK_SUPERCONTEXT to point to supercontext fragment's
fragment origin.
(blocks_nreverse_all): Likewise.
(reorder_blocks_1): Compute BLOCK_SAME_RANGE bits. Set
BLOCK_SUPERCONTEXT to supercontext fragment instead of

* dwarf2out.c (add_high_low_attributes): If stmt has the same
range as its parent (or parents thereof etc.), use the parent's
DW_AT_ranges value instead of creating a new .debug_ranges range.

shadowing variables. Don't do prologue register clobber tests

code. Instead compute tail block candidates for duplicating

reached from both blocks needing a prologue/epilogue and
blocks not needing such.

(requires_stack_frame_p): New arg set_up_by_prologue. All callers
changed. Compute a set of mentioned registers and compare against
the new arg rather than calling frame_required_for_rtx.
(thread_prologue_and_epilogue_insns): Compute the set_up_by_prologue
reg set. Convert the unconverted_simple_returns mechanism to store
jump insns rather than their basic blocks. Also check the
orig_entry_edge destination for new blocks.

Change "if (E) free (E);" to "free (E);" everywhere except in the
libgo/, intl/, zlib/ and classpath/ directories.
Also transform equivalent variants like
"if (E != NULL) free (E);" and allow an extra cast on the
argument to free. Otherwise, the tested and freed "E"
expressions must be identical, modulo white space.
