Default to 1 if ASM_OUTPUT_DEF is defined. * doc/tm.texi (TARGET_USE_LOCAL_THUNK_ALIAS_P): Document. * config/i386/cygming.h (TARGET_USE_LOCAL_THUNK_ALIAS_P): Define.
