* gdbarch.sh (SIGTRAMP_START, SIGTRAMP_END): New methods.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
* blockframe.c (find_pc_sect_partial_function): Convert to use
SIGTRAMP_START_P predicate.
