* gdbtypes.h (builtin_type_f_integer): Removed duplicate declaration.
(MAX_OF_TYPE): Wrap macro definition in parenthesis.
(MIN_OF_TYPE): Likewise.
* memattr.h (mem_access_mode): Removed extraneous trailing comma.
