* Makefile.def (stagefeedback): Come after profile.
Define profiledbootstrap target.
* Makefile.tpl (profiledbootstrap): Remove.
(stageprofile-end): Zap stagefeedback.
(stagefeedback-start): Copy all .gcda files, not only GCC's.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
