(elf_cpu32_plt0_entry): Declare. (elf_cpu32_plt_entry): Declare. (elf_m68k_adjust_dynamic_symbol): Generate cpu32 plt entries. (elf_m68k_finish_dynamic_symbol): Likewise. (elf_m68k_finish_dynamic_sections): Likewise. (elf_backend_plt_header_size): Remove definition. (bfd_elf32_bfd_copy_private_bfd_data): Define. (bfd_elf32_bfd_merge_private_bfd_data): Define.
