* MAINTAINERS: Mark the xstormy16, sh64, ns32k, mn10300, mcore,
and h8300 as broken.
* NEWS: END-OF-LIFE frame compatibility module.
* PROBLEMS: For "Stack backtraces", remove powerpc, hppa and mips
specific comments.
