	* vax-tdep.c, sparc-tdep.c, ns32k-tdep.c: Ditto.
	* m68k-tdep.c, alpha-tdep.c: Ditto.

	* arm-tdep.c: Eliminate USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES as always 1.
	* mips-tdep.c: Ditto.
