* ns32k-tdep.c (ns32k_gdbarch_init): Do not set deprecated
pc_in_call_dummy.
* inferior.h (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy_on_stack): Delete.
* blockframe.c (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy_on_stack): Delete.
