* config/arm/nbsd.mh, config/arm/nbsd.mt, config/arm/tm-nbsd.h,
config/arm/nm-nbsd.h, config/arm/xm-nbsd.h: New files.
* armbsd-nat.c: New file.
* Makefile.in: Build it.
* configure.host, configure.tgt: Support NetBSD/arm.
