* coffread.c: Remove redundant static declarations. Replace
occurrences of `PTR' with `void *'. * elfread.c, mdebugread.c, minsyms.c, mipsread.c: Likewise. * top.h (quit_cover): Likewise. * defs.h (catch_errors): Likewise.
